Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and validate financial data and performance metrics, including sales, production mix, variances, and fixed/variable costs.
  • •Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational decision-making and define key performance metrics with business leaders.
  • •Drive initiatives and influence changes related to productivity, operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, and supply chain management.
  • •Create financial models for scenario impact analysis and lead main site financial processes including forecasts and profit plans.
  • •Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, manage operational costs in the ERP system, and coordinate inventory value accuracy, physical inventory, and cycle counts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Seven years of progressive experience in cost accounting and/or finance.
  • •Two years of experience directly leading people.
  • •Previous experience working in or supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or similar organization.
  • •Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals.
