Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Oversee budgets and expenses to maintain financial control within allocated budget.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address delays or changes for on-time completion.
  • •Ensure construction quality and compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations, including safety/HSE enforcement and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • •Knowledge of professional client management and interaction.
  • •Financial and job cost accounting knowledge, including construction budgeting and commercial/residential construction exposure.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office/MS Project/Primavera and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
