Key Responsibilities

•Manage enterprise endpoint environments using Intune and SCCM to support device lifecycle and automation.
•Implement Windows Autopilot (user-driven and hybrid) and support enrollment, enrollment troubleshooting, and user experience improvements.
•Lead migrations from SCCM to Intune and manage hybrid identity integration (including Azure AD and related setup).
•Configure endpoint policies, apps, and update rings, including co-management and patching strategy.
•Implement and enforce security and compliance (BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access/Zero Trust), and automate via PowerShell (and Graph API for the architect scope).

Key Requirements

•8–10 years of IT experience in endpoint management (Intune/SCCM) or 10–14 years for the endpoint architect scope.
•Strong knowledge of Intune and SCCM, including Autopilot and co-management.
•Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 device lifecycle and enrollment troubleshooting.
•Experience configuring policies, applications, and update rings (including migration from SCCM to Intune).
•Scripting ability in PowerShell, with exposure to Graph API for automation (preferred for the architect scope).
