•Partner with Ops to set strategies such as identifying potential creators, measuring LTV, and determining merchant growth strategies.
•Track and analyze regional operation teams across overseas markets, support operational outcomes, and provide optimization suggestions.
•Collaborate with PM, Ops, and R&D to promote implementation of optimization plans and drive business improvement and growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•At least 3 years of working experience in data analysis and/or science.
•Proficient in SQL and Tableau and/or other relevant languages.
•Experience working in an analytical role within an e-commerce or similar environment.
•Self-driven with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
