Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues in gas detection systems, including investigating, resolving, and performing root-cause analysis
  • •Provide direct technical support to internal and external customers and ensure optimal operation and maintenance of systems
  • •Document and record service activity and communication with timely, detailed, and accurate reporting
  • •Act as a conduit between field service, technical support, and engineering to support advanced issue resolution
  • •Support customer and field-organization training and knowledge sharing, including contributing to training curriculum

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of hands-on field service experience, or completion of military technical training with 1–2 years of field experience
  • •1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, service tracking, and communication
  • •1–2 years of experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting, and field service operations
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
