Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with Wood's contract management policies and negotiate with contractors and suppliers to protect the company’s interests.
•Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Wood policies related to contract management and identify mitigations for potential risks.
•Contract Administration: Administer contracts, monitor performance, manage changes, and ensure all contractual obligations are met with proper documentation across projects.
•Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to contract management policies and report any non-compliance or risks to management.
•Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper execution of contracts and that all necessary documentation is in place.

Key Requirements

•6-10 years experience in a similar role.
•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, with appropriate professional qualification (preferred).

•Excellent communication and ability to lead and manage a team.
