Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee on-budget financial statement audits and ensure delivery of client needs with high-value solutions.
  • •Support and manage multiple engagement teams concurrently to complete financial statement audits.
  • •Lead SSAE 18 services including readiness assessments, examination, review, agreed-upon procedures, and compliance attestations focused on SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 2+, and SOC 3.
  • •Direct SOC 1, 2, and 3 projects and present SOC reports in compliance with firm and technical requirements, managing engagement letters, billings, and budgets.
  • •Collaborate on engagement strategy and perform/control evaluation and testing to identify risks and improvement opportunities, including assisting clients with SOC-related frameworks.

Salary: USD 197,800 - 255,904 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
  • •5+ years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in an assurance/finance/risk role, including SOC audit experience.
  • •Experience delivering and managing multiple engagements in a public accounting firm, including leading audit teams and preparing/reviewing audit working papers and reports.
  • •Experience performing IT control and business process audit/control reviews, applying project management to manage status and timelines.
  • •CPA, CISA, CISSP, CCSFP, or CISM certification (U.S. or other jurisdiction) required.
