Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support the execution of Canva Education programs in partnership with the State Government, SCERTs, teacher training institutions, and local NGOs.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact for field-level stakeholders including school administrators, DIETs, CRCs/BRCs, and master trainers.
  • •Support planning and delivery of training programs for teachers, administrators, and implementation partners.
  • •Collaborate with internal Canva teams (Partnerships, Product, Community, Data) to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting of product rollouts.
  • •Track and report on adoption metrics, success stories, and program impact at the ground level.

Key Requirements

  • •Have at least 3 years of experience in the K-12 education field, especially with government schools or large-scale programs.
  • •Experience in coordinating or running edtech programs through NGOs, CSR, EdTech organizations, or government partnerships.
  • •A strong grasp of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), particularly in digital education, foundational learning, and teacher capacity building.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu — both spoken and written.
  • •Proven ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional, and remote teams.
