Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage consumers and model service behaviors while supervising and coaching sales training to ensure top service and sales.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Support training for new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policy.
  • •Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while following store procedures.
  • •Supervise the store team in the absence of other management and help meet daily sales and performance goals.
