Job Summary

Lead small- to medium-scale proposal pursuits for the Advisory business line, driving work from early capture through client interviews. Perform detailed RFP/RFQ analysis, build compliance matrices, manage proposal schedules, and help shape win themes and differentiators. Coordinate proposal content with technical teams, develop marketing materials, and support reviews and go/no-go decisions. Perform proposal layout in Adobe InDesign and provide guidance to junior proposal staff to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.

•Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex deliverables with strong attention to detail.
•Experience using AI and data analytics tools to analyze market and client trends.
