Key Responsibilities

  • •Streamline cross-department data collection, analysis, and presentation processes and proactively improve data quality.
  • •Provide maintenance and technical support for O365 homegrown systems (e.g., material request and replenishment).
  • •Maintain and support Power BI reports running on Power BI Service, including specific business tracker and portfolio reports.
  • •Support MAPICS business processes and users, including MOs under deviation and creating queries/reports to extract data.
  • •Perform analytics using visualization and data-analysis/statistical methods, partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions; execute agile work plans.

Key Requirements

  • •90% of credits completed toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering-related areas.
  • •Intermediate-advanced English.
  • •2 years of technical or administrative support in related areas; preferably 1 year building/designing data management solutions and/or practical data science experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerQuery, with a track record of solving business problems.
  • •Experience working on projects or small teams in a production environment.
