Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support of Savvy wealth managers, providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • •Own best-in-class execution of all client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • •Proactively seek out opportunities to improve Savvy's internal procedures in pursuit of the best advisor and client experience.
  • •Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes including meeting preparation, obtaining account and investment strategy documentation, and driving account creation and transfers.
  • •Assist advisors by executing investment transactions and fulfilling account billing & performance reporting tasks.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a similar role with a registered investment advisory firm and/or broker-dealer including experience interacting directly with clients AND advisors.
  • •A high-energy, collaborative, and self-starter attitude; willing to roll up your sleeves and have an incredible ownership mentality.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Strong technical skills in Google Suite applications--Word, Excel, and Powerpoint-- and familiarity with the MS Office equivalents.
  • •Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks at once.
