Job Summary

Manage insurance claims intake and ensure accurate processing of new claim notifications from policyholders and brokers. Review claim information, enter data into the claims management system, and maintain strong timeliness and SLA adherence in a high-volume operations environment. Validate information through data analysis, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of output while working within defined controls. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, applying customer-service mindset and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and review new claims notifications from policyholders, brokers, and other channels.
•Verify claim information and enter details accurately into the claims management system.
•Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment with strong SLA adherence.
•Analyze data to validate correctness of information and maintain accuracy, compliance, and quality.
•Communicate with internal teams and external clients in an operational context and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Graduation or Post Graduation.
•20+ years of experience in operations / SSC / insurance / finance environments.
•Experience with transactional processing and back-office operations in an international or service-driven environment.
•Basic knowledge of insurance processes (Claims / Policy Admin) and finance/accounting processes (Technical Accounting).
•Basic understanding of claims handling and case lifecycle, policy/administrative processes, and financial transactions (payments, reconciliation, collections).
