Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned to local and international standards.
•Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate QHSE effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
•Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing reports and corrective-action recommendations.
•Train and support employees on QHSE practices and ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities.
•Monitor QHSE performance metrics and report trends to management; coordinate QHSE input across operations and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of QHSE management experience, preferably in facilities and property management.
•Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
•Ability to conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, and drive corrective actions.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
