Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, app download).
  • •Monitor team performance (personal and store KPIs) and define corrective actions.
  • •Manage the department team’s performance and develop team members’ skills and talents, including training on technical skills.
  • •Ensure quality standards for the department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection) and resolve disputes.
  • •Guarantee the best customer journey by ensuring adherence to procedures and commercial policies; monitor and share daily results with the Store Manager and the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
  • •Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
  • •Business and goals orientation.
  • •English professional knowledge.
  • •Relationships management, with analysis and reporting skills.
