Build the “operational spine” for the Patient Group by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, and execution. Create frameworks for high-stakes tradeoffs and growth decisions, connect cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure dependencies align to measurable impact. Lead and mentor a lean Business Operations team scaling patient acquisition and overseeing operational strategy across core experience and strategic partnerships.
