Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 116,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, Public Health, Nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of progressive healthcare administration or health services management experience with leadership responsibility.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and healthcare operations.
  • •Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance practices, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience with healthcare budgeting, staffing, and operational oversight, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
