Job Summary

Build, scale, and manage TikTok Shop’s logistics service provider (LSP) network across the United States. Partner with LSP owners end-to-end—from onboarding and launch through growth, performance improvement, and long-term sustainability—driving delivery quality, safety compliance, operational efficiency, and financial health. Lead performance deep dives, peak planning, and tool adoption, while collaborating with cross-functional operations, safety, compliance, finance, tech/product, and planning teams to deliver at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full LSP lifecycle—partner with LSP owners from onboarding and launch through scaling and ongoing performance improvement.
•Oversee daily LSP operational performance (delivery success rate, productivity, driver quality, routing adherence, safety, and KPIs) and lead performance deep dives with corrective action.
•Ensure LSP adherence to TikTok compliance, safety, data, and operational policies; monitor performance with Safety/Compliance/Legal/Fleet and lead investigations into failures.
•Drive financial health and sustainability with guidance on cost drivers, business modeling, staffing and workforce planning, routing efficiency, and cost controls.
•Partner on capacity, growth, and peak planning by developing ramp-up strategies and capacity pipelines, and ensure effective adoption of delivery tools, routing systems, dispatch platforms, and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in transportation operations, LSP management, fleet/driver operations, or high-volume logistics environments.
•Experience managing account portfolios or multiple business partners simultaneously.
•Strong analytical skills to identify performance drivers and lead structured deep dives while influencing internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
•Knowledge of operational compliance and safety programs, plus routing/dispatch systems, with ability to travel frequently to LSP sites across the United States.
