Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for primary care provider partners and build trusted, consultative relationships.
  • •Partner with the CA GTM team on provider onboarding and training, focusing on effective in-office workflows.
  • •Implement and manage an engagement plan to optimize provider success and retention within value-based care.
  • •Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and drive interventions to improve outcomes and utilization.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and operations) to refine offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting with a track record of adoption and retention.
  • •Proven ability to build relationships with clinicians and staff and translate operational data into performance metrics and scorecards.
  • •Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows, including implementing or changing clinical process workflows.
  • •Knowledge of EHRs (ideally in primary care), medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • •Strong project management skills to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
