Own relationships with key Health & Beauty merchants on TikTok Shop—acquiring and incubating brands and large sellers, negotiating deals based on campaign and seasonality, and building partnerships tied to merchants’ growth plans. Drive service quality outcomes (e.g., low cancellations/returns and efficient shipping) to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Manage mid- and long-tail merchants using scalable incubation and management programs, supported by strong attention to detail and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate brands, principals, and big merchants contributing large GMV.
•Build and maintain merchant relationships; negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
•Explore partnerships aligned with merchants’ growth plans and develop JBPs.
•Maintain seller service quality, including low cancellation/return rates and shipping LT to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
•Manage mid- and long-tail merchants using scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•5+ years of ecommerce experience, with direct experience in relevant categories preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong attention to detail, affinity with numbers, and logical problem-solving skills.
•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
