Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale the global operating model for the Global Hub and the wider draftLine ecosystem.
  • •Own end-to-end setup and operations of approximately six global newsrooms annually, including staffing, budgets, workflow design, and agency coordination.
  • •Manage and track newsroom and staffing investments through resource planning, budget forecasting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
  • •Partner with Strategy, Insights, Creative, Production, and Brand teams to optimize workflows and remove operational roadblocks.
  • •Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior brand leaders and external agencies, aligning stakeholders on operating models and resourcing.
