Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RF regulatory strategy and certification for Starlink User Terminals and Wi-Fi products across all target markets
  • •Own compliance to FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and equivalent global wireless regulations—Manage radio testing (emissions, immunity, SAR, etc.) with accredited labs
  • •Work directly with RF hardware and firmware teams to implement design changes required for certification
  • •Prepare and maintain technical files and certification applications
  • •Assist in global market access for wireless features, including new frequency bands and power levels

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other STEM discipline
  • •1+ years of experience in RF/wireless regulatory compliance and certification (internship experience is applicable)
  • •3+ years of dedicated RF/wireless regulatory compliance experience for high-volume consumer electronics, industrial equipment, or IT equipment
  • •Deep knowledge of FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and key international wireless regulations
  • •Experience running RF compliance test campaigns and translating radio standards into design requirements
