Seek a creative, strategic leader to own HappyRobot’s employer brand and global events. You’ll craft the EVP, produce recruitment content, manage global events from conferences to university fairs, build ambassador programs, and analyze program performance, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to attract top talent across NA, EMEA, APAC.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement a global employer brand strategy aligned with regional hiring needs across North America, EMEA, APAC.
•Collaborate with design and marketing to create recruitment content (employee spotlights, blogs, career site updates) and optimize presence on key talent platforms.
•Build and manage an internal ambassador program to amplify authentic employee stories.
•Plan and execute the global recruiting events calendar, including conferences, hackathons, and university fairs, with end-to-end logistics.
•Track and report on event performance (leads, cost-per-hire, offer rate) and optimize future investments.
