Own product definition for RF clock synthesizers, buffers, and BAW oscillators, translating customer and end-equipment needs into forward-looking product roadmaps. Support products from conception through release, including specification tradeoffs, design reviews, compliance, customer technical engagement, and technical documentation such as datasheets and application notes. Lead validation/verification planning, silicon testing support, and product launch activities, while providing technical expertise for ramp-up and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

•Define RF clock product requirements and innovate product roadmaps based on customer and end-equipment trends.
•Support products from conception to release, handling specification tradeoffs, design reviews, compliance, and initial customer support.
•Develop new product definitions, including business case proposals, product strategies, system validation/verification plans, and schedules.
•Write and review product datasheet specifications and align with application engineers and other stakeholders.
•Participate in silicon testing and support product launch activities, including technical expert ramp-up and customer training/field support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or a related field.
•2–6 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in hardware board design, including schematic capture with PCB design software.
•Solid hardware debugging skills.
•Strong technical background and ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, including EVM user materials, application/design notes, and white papers.
