Key Responsibilities

•Manage leadership of the creative team and show design efforts, including supervising Associate Producers/Producers and overseeing vendor deliverables.
•Control and maintain project documentation systems (deliverables lists, RFP documents, attraction design drawings, attraction scope, folder structure, and records) for third-party IP approval.
•Ensure project teams have complete and current information on project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and development strategies.
•Partner with project management to develop and process RFP documents, writing required scopes and managing vendors as assigned.
•Act as liaison for internal/external partners, licensors, and IP developers; organize and report team meetings and drive action item lists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•9+ years’ experience in theatrical, theme park, or related media design/production, including 3+ years as a Show Producer in theme park attraction projects from design through installation.
•Ability to review and understand architectural, engineering, and ride/show documentation, including specifications and blueprints, with knowledge of production/design terminology.
•Strong design and production portfolio.
•Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, bid package preparation, and working with a variety of vendors.
•Demonstrated ability to lead staff and promote teamwork and staff development.
