Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, lead, and assign duties to loss prevention and safety personnel as directed by the department manager.
  • •Support manager with growth and development of the team and serve as senior representative in their absence.
  • •Ensure on-time attendance, breaks, and adherence to schedules within the loss prevention department.
  • •Maintain security of Distribution Center premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting facilities/equipment.
  • •Coordinate with emergency services and other agencies as needed; respond to alarm off-hours and support additional shifts.
  • •Provide training on procedures, protocols, and best practices; ensure effective reporting and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 4-year security experience
  • •High School diploma or GED
  • •Valid Driver’s License
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • •Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
