Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Owners and technical leads to support product backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization for sprint cycles.
  • •Run Scrum ceremonies for 2–3 teams while proactively eliminating barriers and coaching teams on best practices.
  • •Coordinate Agile ceremonies, track team metrics, create tickets, and prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
