Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing in support of supply chain objectives.
  • •Identify qualified suppliers for requirements using existing agreements and initiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time, and terms.
  • •Obtain price quotations, analyze supplier quotes, and provide sourcing recommendations and sourcing decisions.
  • •Manage the purchase order placement process from requisition to invoice payment, including completing purchase order documentation in line with company policies.
  • •Ensure on-time product delivery and timely order placement to meet business needs and team-defined turn times.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment (including Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, or PRISM).
  • •Advanced proficiency in English.
  • •Preferred: strong communication skills to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
