Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary intake point for majority of requests from advisors and clients, supporting client experience and advisor delivery of advice.
  • •Support administrative fitness by reviewing reports and ensuring timely updates to book management data such as pipelined reports and referrals.
  • •Schedule appointments, make follow-up calls, and prepare and maintain client presentation and marketing materials.
  • •Triaging and delegate operational requests (e.g., transfers, withdrawals, account opening/maintenance) to centralized service teams and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • •Maintain client records and documentation; monitor client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness, and respond to requests within authority level.
