Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for AEM projects, including QA mentoring of engineers.
  • •Establish quality gates across the SDLC and ensure adherence to testing processes and sign-off prior to execution.
  • •Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices; perform end-to-end testing across Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and Production environments.
  • •Lead AEM-specific validation (sites/assets/forms/headless, workflows, dispatcher caching, and integrations such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target).
  • •Design automation frameworks and lead accessibility, defect management, and reporting using tools like JIRA and accessibility audit tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
  • •Strong understanding of AEM architecture, content management, and Author/Publish/Dispatcher environments and workflows.
  • •Experience with manual and automated testing methods and strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, SDLC, and STLC practices.
