Partner with globally distributed engineering to support backlog execution, user acceptance testing, and go-live for integration-dependent programs.

•Own LOS integration strategy and roadmap, including two-way sync completion and forward plans for named LOS systems.
•Represent Blend in partner and client integration meetings and working sessions across US time zones, traveling to sites as needed.
•Coordinate LOS vendor requirements with product partnerships and translate roadmap commitments into partner conversations.
•Evaluate and disposition integration requests from strategic accounts against roadmap and client commitments.
•Define integration technical requirements (field mappings, sync behavior, error handling, data quality) and partner with the integration scrum team to support UAT and go-live.

•Comfort reading API specs, data schemas, and field-level mapping documents, and participating in technical design discussions.
•Ability to set integration strategy while staying hands-on with engineering and shipping against committed external timelines.
•Ability to write requirements engineering can build from without rework.
