Job Summary

Lead maritime planning and engineering services for port, marina, and coastal projects, supporting regional growth for the Maritime team. Own delivery from feasibility and master planning through concept design, procurement support, and tender stages. As a senior leader, manage a team of 5–10 professionals, oversee resourcing and commercial performance, drive business development initiatives, and ensure technical reports and recommendations meet client and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive maritime business unit initiatives as part of the Maritime Senior Management Team and support strategic growth.
•Lead and manage a team of 5–10 maritime planning professionals, including workload allocation, capacity planning, and team development.
•Identify skill gaps and hiring needs, support workforce planning, and manage recruitment for junior team members.
•Lead maritime planning projects from pursuit through delivery, including scope development, risk management, contract negotiations, resourcing, and commercial oversight.
•Serve as a subject matter expert and maintain strong client relationships while presenting recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in maritime engineering with a proven track record leading project delivery.
•Extensive technical expertise in maritime planning, including industrial ports, dry ports, and marinas.
•Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred).
•Professional registration or certification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advantageous).
•Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
