•Define and drive the monetization strategy for PS Portal, with a focus on software and platform-based revenue growth.
•Identify new opportunities to increase profit through innovative monetization models, features, services, and user experiences.
•Lead exploration and execution across monetization areas such as platform advertising opportunities, software and digital commerce experiences, gaming-related monetization initiatives, and new business models and revenue concepts.
•Partner closely with the Tokyo and US-based Product team to align on product direction, priorities, requirements, and execution plans.
•Collaborate across a global cross-functional organization, including engineering, design, business, marketing, operations, analytics, finance, legal, and partner teams.
