Job Summary

Analyst in Blackstone’s Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) Investment Operations team supports the end-to-end investment process, including fund launches, restructurings, liquidations, liquidity tracking, and reporting. You will develop allocation models, document investment decisions, supervise offshore tasks, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Client Reporting using data visualization and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Investment Process: Participate in operational aspects of fund launches, restructurings, and liquidations. Maintain allocation models for future funding activity. Document allocation/redemption notes for each investment decision.
•Trade Processing: Develop allocation models for future funding activity; Document allocation and redemption notes for each investment decision; Participate in the operational launch of BXMA products/customized solutions as well as liquidations of terminated funds/accounts.
•Liquidity Management: Track investment and legal deadlines; Analyze fund and manager liquidity
•Manager Communication: Collect monthly AUM data for portfolio investments; Monitor subscription/redemption deadlines; Maintain relationships with investment managers to coordinate transfer logistics
•Process Development/Improvement: Create and implement process guides for the team’s functions; Lead projects and contribute to ongoing process enhancements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of relevant professional experience (preferably within asset management, alternatives, banking, etc.)
•Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint
•Experience utilizing LLMs and AI tools in an enterprise context (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
•Advanced Excel skills, any experience with VBA/Power Query is a plus
•Familiarity with data engineering, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau / Snowflake / AWS / Sigma) would be advantageous
