Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements for equipment, buildings, and plant grounds, including installation/removal activities.
  • •Lead a team of direct reports, handling selection, development/mentoring, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • •Ensure safety and compliance training and adherence to OSHA and GMP sanitation procedures, including lockout/tagout, hazardous communication, and machine guarding.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by establishing maintenance priorities, recommending and implementing programs to eliminate problems, improve labor utilization, upgrade facilities, and reduce costs.
  • •Oversee preventative maintenance programs and facility systems (heating, air conditioning, electrical, compressed air), including CEAV requests and contractor administration.

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
