Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in performing non-critical maintenance and repair work, such as: People door repairs; Administrative area upkeep; Building envelope maintenance; Landscaping.
  • •Under direct supervision of an operator, assist as required in the operation of critical equipment.
  • •Assist in the performance of limited maintenance on offline critical equipment as directed, including: Single chiller maintenance; Single CDU filter changeouts; Leak detection verification in alarming racks.
  • •Support daily inspections of facilities areas to identify and report potential issues.
  • •Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience or technical certification preferred).
  • •1+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on role (data center experience is a plus).
  • •Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • •Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely; good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
