Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while building lasting client relationships. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and asset protection while collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs.
