Job Summary

Provide third-level troubleshooting and expert support for security devices, resolving complex escalations independently within SLA. Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning, schedule and support DR drills, and ensure adherence to RCA, change control, and security policies. Manage and improve WAF and security solution performance, perform firewall rule and policy deviation reviews, and support virtualization and storage activities across security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform third-level troubleshooting of security device issues and resolve complex escalated problems within SLA.
•Lead risk analysis and mitigation planning, including architecture reviews and adherence to policies and procedures.
•Plan and execute DR drills based on the DR setup and recovery procedures, providing necessary support.
•Administer and improve the WAF platform, including administration, capacity, upgrades, and quarterly rule base reviews.
•Manage security operations including firewall rule review, tracking policy deviations/exclusions, and scheduling service improvement and problem management activities with OEMs/partners.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of security domain experience with DAM, virtualization and storage.
•Strong knowledge of firewall, load balancer, and common security issues including malware, viruses, and ransomware.
•Strong knowledge of network security and platforms including R&S, DAM, WAF, and F5 LTM/ASM.
•Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization (VMware vCloud Suite).
•Awareness of anti-malware solutions such as Opswat and ability to troubleshoot independently within SLA.
