Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects (highways, rail, bridges) from planning to execution and closure.
  • •Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and collaborate with various EC offices for multi-centre projects.
  • •Oversee design stages from concept to final delivery, including schedule adherence, design progress monitoring, and review meetings.
  • •Identify design-phase risks and develop mitigation strategies while maintaining design quality and compliance with regulations, client specifications, and AECOM quality principles.
  • •Manage design budgets, maintain project documentation, prepare regular project reports, and adapt to AECOM project delivery procedures and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, with highways, rail, and bridges focus.
  • •Extensive experience as a PM/DM leading civil infrastructure design and management from planning to execution/closure.
  • •Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams with strong leadership skills.
  • •PMP certification is a plus.
