Civil Infrastructure - Transportation Project Manager / Design Manager

Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects focused on highways, rail, and bridges. Drive the end-to-end design process from concept through final delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, and align with multiple EC offices for multi-centre work. Own design progress monitoring, risk identification and mitigation, quality and compliance with project standards, and manage design budgets, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
