Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily Emergency Department patient access operations, including registration, eligibility verification, point-of-service collections, and accurate demographic and insurance data capture.
  • •Monitor and improve operational metrics (registration quality, patient throughput, financial clearance, productivity, and revenue cycle performance).
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Patient Access staff through performance management, training, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
