Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the General Manager and market leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations that support performance, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • •Oversee financial management, including financial reporting (P&L and balance sheet close), cash flow and liquidity planning, and monitoring performance, risks, and KPIs.
  • •Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, performance reporting, and actionable financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • •Maintain governance and control by ensuring compliance with local regulations, group policies, and financial control requirements; lead audit and remediation and oversee tax/statutory/regulatory compliance.
  • •Drive logistics and operations management across inventory, product availability, fulfillment, service levels, and cost efficiency; lead and develop the Finance and Operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is advantageous.
  • •Significant finance leadership experience across financial management, FP&A, compliance, and business partnering in a multinational retail/consumer or fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen translating insights into business decisions, performance outcomes, and investment priorities.
  • •Proven experience leading forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, long-range planning, and performance management.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, audit, tax, and regulatory compliance; experience with logistics/supply chain/inventory and fulfillment is a plus.
