Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all shift production operations and direct production group leaders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • •Foster strong employee relations through training, counseling, and recognition programs that support development and morale.
  • •Track labor, material, and indirect costs to stay within budget while meeting or exceeding yields and operational efficiency goals.
  • •Lead implementation and maintenance of safety and ergonomic programs, enforcing safety rules and identifying/addressing hazards.
  • •Maintain product quality and safety standards aligned with HACCP and SSOP protocols, addressing product failures and foreign material issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •Experience using computer applications including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
  • •Open to travel up to 10% of the time.
