Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the experience strategy for Vincent, ensuring design decisions reflect the complex workflows and high standards of enterprise legal users.
•Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of curiosity, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous growth.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to shape the product roadmap and deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
•Champion user-centered design by embedding research and data-informed practices into the product development process.
•Communicate design rationale, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 225,000 annually
