Portfolio Services Management

Lead day-to-day run-the-banks operations for Markets and Securities Services (MSS) in Bermuda, ensuring strong oversight of processes and controls. Manage operational risk through end-of-day checks, exception and aged exception handling, and trigger event solutions. Coordinate business planning, implementation, testing, monthly reporting (MI/volume of trades), and client/front-office/regulator query handling, while supporting change management and managing two junior team members.
