Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle branch operations including review, control, and approval activities
  • •Ensure dual control of branch vault cash and provide cash to tellers for daily transactions within limits
  • •Process and balance daily inward and outward clearing transactions and reconcile teller errors
  • •Oversee compliance of operations work processes with ADIB credit and operational policies and procedures and maintain audit ratings
  • •Drive deposit/finance/cards/Takaful sales and manage staff coordination, coaching, and service standards for customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of products and services offered by ADIB
  • •Knowledge of branch operations and back office functions
  • •Knowledge of ADIB policies and systems
  • •Thorough knowledge of the regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE
  • •Computer and communication skills, including written and oral English communication and presentation skills
