Job Summary

Lead the product vision and multi-year roadmap for an AI/ML-powered Compliance Automation platform that automates sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and risk-based compliance workflows. Manage a team of PMs to deliver capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve detection accuracy across jurisdictions. Drive automation initiatives to optimize compliance costs, partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Trust & Risk, Engineering, and Data Science, and translate evolving regulations into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Compliance Automation platform, including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and risk-based compliance workflows.
•Lead a team of PMs to define, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML-powered capabilities that reduce manual compliance effort and improve detection accuracy.
•Identify and execute automation opportunities to optimize costs in a major operational cost center without increasing regulatory risk.
•Partner with Compliance, Legal, Trust & Risk, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure automation systems meet regulatory requirements while enabling product velocity.
•Shape the integration of emerging AI/ML technologies to reduce false positives and accelerate case resolution; maintain relationships with regulatory stakeholders and translate requirements into product capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,865 - 286,900 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience with significant experience in AI/ML-powered automation, compliance technology, or operational automation at scale.
•Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, including managing managers or leading PM teams.
•Partner effectively with ML engineers on agentic AI architectures and translate technical capabilities into compliance product strategy.
•Strong background in regulatory compliance frameworks including sanctions, transaction monitoring, and AML/BSA, including navigating compliance approval processes.
•Demonstrated ability to drive executive-level alignment and clearly communicate investment tradeoffs to senior leadership (VP+).
