Job Summary

Manage MRO inventory for the Arab, AL site by maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material availability, and collaborating with business and supply chain partners. You’ll handle material master data management, order recommendations, backorders/reservations, and critical spare parts documentation. Monitor supplier delivery performance, execute inventory replenishments, support SAP systems changes, and help drive investment recovery for surplus or obsolete materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with developing the business inventory and MRO supply strategy.
•Manage material master data, including ECMMP, slow moving/obsolete part management, and investment recovery.
•Serve as the focal point for generation of Code requests for inventoried and non-inventoried MRO materials.
•Execute order recommendation processes: analyze and maintain MRO inventory levels, records, and parameters; identify and standardize MRO materials.
•Handle reservations and backorders, set up new inventory items, perform MRO replenishments, and support supplier performance monitoring and SAP systems support.
