Customer Care Representative

Provide frontline customer care for Edenred's CSI accounts payable services in a fast-paced, multinational setting. You’ll resolve account inquiries, educate customers on AP processing, lead customers through calls and training, and drive vendor enablement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
