Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle product liability litigation matters from filing to resolution with guidance from senior attorneys.
  • •Develop and argue motions, conduct depositions, oversee discovery, and manage case strategy.
  • •Prepare for and participate in hearings and trial preparations, including witness preparation.
  • •Collaborate with a large, collaborative team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • •Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and briefs with strong writing and analytical skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Two to four years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm.
  • •Experience defending clients in both California state court and federal court.
  • •Preferred experience with pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or consumer-facing products.
  • •Experience in all phases of litigation, including: Discovery, Depositions, Motion drafting, Hearings.
  • •Admission to the California Bar is required.
