•Assist in controlling expenses and determining manpower needs with recommendations.

•Prepare and maintain prescribed records and reports reflecting conditions accurately.
•Manage, evaluate, and train production supervisors; interview, hire, and direct team work.
•Oversee shift operations and inspect/maintain competence in housekeeping, safety, sanitation, security, and food safety to meet quality and yields goals.
